'Janatha Garage' which created some noise at Box—Office failed to do the same in neighbouring states. However, the movie has achieved a rare feat in Karnataka and has done one more 'Non-Baahubali' record.
Closing share of 'Janatha Garage' in Karnataka is 8 Crores 60 Lakhs and 77 Thousand. The movie has also fetched All Time Top 2 Telugu movies list in Karnataka area. Of course, the first spot still belongs to 'Baahubali'.
The movie is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, and C. V. Mohan under their banner Mythri Movie Makers. Junior NTR and Mohanlal essayed lead roles. Samantha and Nithya Menon are two female lead roles.
The movie also features Saikumar, Devayani, Unni Mukundan, Rahman, Sithara, Brahamaji as part of supporting cast. Devi Sri Prasad composed tunes. Technical team featured Tirru for cinematography and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao for editing.
