Starting the career as a small time comedy artist, suddenly he shocked one day by announcing his entry as a producer. The person we are talking about is Bandla Ganesh Babu who made his production debut with Anjaneyulu of Raviteja. Later he made Teen Maar with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Unluckily both the films ended as duds but to our surprise, he could still get the call sheets of star heroes continuously.
Pawan Kalyan gave Ganesh Babu second chance with Gabbar Singh, a biggest blockbuster in the actor’s career. After this movie, CBI conducted raids on him which made him lose a big financier (a political leader who used Ganesh as Binami). Then, Ganesh is still in a situation to make films on his own.
Good thing is producers will get funding from outside sources like advances from distributors and financers. So, Ganesh made Baadshah and Iddarammayilatho with his money earned from GS and assistance from other finances. Both these films commercially disappointed. Ganesh is next making a film with Ram Charan to be directed by Koratala Siva.
Bottom line is that Ganesh will stay in industry for some more time if Charan’s movie gets a good result, if not he will have to pack up. So, Ganesh Babu’s life is in Charan hands.
