Pawan Kalyan hoped for a turnaround with 'Katamarayudu' after the failure of 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh'. But, the movie opened to mixed critics and reviews and played spoilsport at the Box—Office. The movie might even face losses at the Overseas Box-Office.
In this case, Pawan initially had plans to remake Ajith's 'Vedalam' as his next under Neason direction. But, he shifted to Trivikram Srinivas and it was touted that Trivikram Srinivas movie would go on floors from the month of April.
It was expected that Pawan would join Neason for 'Vedalam' remake after completing Trivikram Srinivas's movie. But now chances are low and Pawan Kalyan is expected to work under V.V.Vinayak direction up next and not Neason.
This lead to speculations that Pawan Kalyan is not doing 'Vedalam' remake. But when we inquired sources, we came to know that Pawan Kalyan has not dropped the idea and he will act in 'Vedalam' remake of doing some direct Telugu movies.
