Sources from Bollywood industry have stated that Jacqueline Fernandez is currently neck deep busy with the promotions of Judwaa 2 with co-stars Varun Dhawan and Tapsee Pannu. The movie is helmed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 is due for release next week on September 29. According to sources after Judwaa 2, the actress has Race 3 opposite Salman Khan and Drive opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in her kitty.
Meanwhile when talking about Race 3, according to the reports Jacqueline will essay the role of a tough cop in the film. Moreover an insider close to the development of the film informed, “Jacqueline has an interesting character in this thriller. She will be the one at the helm of things, who will be inspecting the whole situation, much like Abhishek Bachchan in the Dhoom series.”
But since the makers wanted a change, they chose upon a female lead like
Jacqueline to play the role this time. The source added and this is the first
time that Jacqueline will indulge in hard-core action and the movie is a
speed based thriller, Jackie will have a lot of action sequences and stunts,
which she will do herself".
