Mega Power Star Ram Charan, one of the top league actors in Tollywod is testing his luck in Bollywood with Zanjeer. The movie which is in post production stages has done excellent pre release business. Reliance Entertainment has bought the film’s theatrical rights for whopping Rs. 105 Crores. Films of only few Bollywood star heroes touch this 100 Cr mark but Cherry joined the elite list much before to release of his launch pad film.
Tollywood highest grosser record is still with Charan’s film Magadheera which is completing its four years after release. Coming to Zanjeer, the action entertainer is made with 70 crore budget and producers got 30 crore table profit prior to release. Apoorva Lakhia is directing the flick. Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Prakash and Mahie Gill are the prominent cast in Zanjeer which is releasing in Telugu as Toofan on September 6th.
