Ram Charan's Zanjeer is readying for grand release on Sep 6th. Even when the release date is nearing, legal problems still haunting the filmmakers.
Original filmmakers earlier approached court to stall the shooting of the film claiming royalty. Once the filmmakers sorted it out, original script writers approached court.
However Zanjeer sped past the High Court hurdle when High Court refused to stay the film as the film's release date is just two days away.
Script writers of the original Zanjeer approached Court stating that they have the copyright for the content and filmmakers be made to pay compensation of Rs 6 crs. However High Court struck off the petition saying it is not appropriate on part of writers to approach them at the last minute.
