Two of the most noted film families in Tollywood are Daggubati family and Akkineni family. In fact, both are also related to each other due to Nagarjuna. But now it is heard that the Daggubati family is throwing a challenge for the Akkinenis and that too on the silver screen.
It is known news that the Akkineni family is coming up with the film ‘Manam’ which has ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya working together. But now it is heard that a new film is going to start and this will have Daggubati Ramanaidu, Venkatesh and Daggubati Rana. The film will start shooting from January 2014.
Sources say this has been the dream film of Ramanaidu from a long time and the movie mogul has made an announcement about it. Currently he is still busy with film production and they have a new film ‘Nenem Chinna Pillana’ coming up on November 8th for release. Let us wait and see which family among the two will do better at the box office.
