Ever since Mega Star Chiranjeevi retired from Tollywood, No 1 slot remained empty. Till now no one has been able to become undisputed No 1 in the industry. Though fans, trade experts are coming out with their own analysis, no one could reach the unanimity.
Even there are no hard and fast rules on selecting No 1. Till now based on stars remuneration No 1 position is decided. If that is the criteria then Prince Mahesh Babu and Power Star Pawan Kalyan are in the race. Both who scored commercial hits at present are drawing around Rs 15 crs.
According to trade analysts corporate company offered Mahesh Rs 17crs to star in a film. With Attarintiki Daaredi success Pawan was offered Rs 18 crs by a corporate gaint. With Dookudu,Business Man, Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu Mahesh Babu and Gabbar Singh, Attarintiki Daaredi hits in his kitty Pawan Kalyan are racing ahead towards No 1 throne. Analysts feel real war for No 1 is between these two stars only.
