In the first of its kind, a Pakistani Singer defeated Indian Super Star to create history. Pakistani singer actor Ali Zafar became the most sexiest Asian men in the word in a survey conducted by Eastern Eye newspaper.
He became first Pakistani ever to top the list of 50 sexiest Asian men in the world by beating Indian Super Star and female heartthrob Hrithik Roshan. Virat Kohli came tenth in the list.
Eastern Eye showbiz editor Asjad Nazir said, "Such was the volume of votes received from different continents, that the star of hit film 'Chashme Baddoor' and soon to be released comedy 'Total Siyapaa' was trending worldwide across Twitter. The other very big surprise of the 2013 list was Indian actor Barun Sobti, who rose seven places from last year to third place on the list, despite being off-screen since he left hit TV serial 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?' to pursue a movie career in 2012. Sobti led a burgeoning group of television stars that are clearly giving their film contemporaries a run for their money in this year's list."
