The Telugu remake of Bollywood Super hit, Oh My God was recently announced. Victory Venkatesh and Power Star Pawan Kalyan will be playing the lead roles in this multistarer movie. The first press note of the film announced the combination but do not have any reference to the director's name.
A second press note was issued on Tuesday regarding the release date of the movie. It said the movie will be releasing on October 2nd on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi. Even then the press note did not have any mention of the director.
It is an irony that the makers are not talking about director and launch date but are talking of preproduction and release dates. The last update we have from our sources is that Thadaka fame Dolly or Teenmaar fame Jayanth C.Paranji will helm the direction department for the remake.
The project will be produced by Suresh Babu of Suresh Productions and Sharrath Marar of North Star Entertainment. Pawan Kalyan will be shooting for 35 days for the movie. The regular shooting of the movie will begin in the month of May.
