Mega Star Chiranjeevi's blockbuster film, Yamudiki Mogudu has completed 26 years of its release today. Here is the release day poster of the film which was published in newspapers back then.
The story of Yamudiki Mogudu is based on the 1968 Hindi film Jhuk Gaya Aasman which itself was a remake of the Hollywood film Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941). The film was a blockbuster in Telugu and the film was remade in Tamil as Athisaya Piravi with Rajinikanth playing the lead role but the movie failed to impress Tamil audience.
