Karthik is just a common man until yesterday's elections, but he is now an example of perfect democracy. He stopped Chiranjeevi from crossing voters line and also he said that Are you special to go and vote crossing line.  Here is what he said after this incident, "Yes, I stopped him and asked why was he jumping the queue and does he need a special treatment? I had been waiting in the queue for more than one and a half hours. When Chiranjeevi and his family came to vote, people were already gossiping that the family is now going to get a royal treatment. That's exactly what happened." "I saw Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi's wife along with Chiranjeevi himself jump the queue and walk towards the room so that they can cast their votes first. I stopped Chiranjeevi and asked him, 'Shouldn't you and your family be standing in the queue too?' I wouldn't have any problem if it was only Chiranjeevi who was walking into the room because he is a minister and maybe, he could be having some work. But I got miffed because his family too went along. Why should they be treated any differently from us? I stay in the same locality as him and so do many other people. If we could wait in the queue for our turns, why can't they? I heard people complaining when they jumped the queue, but nobody said anything. I thought I should. So, I stopped and questioned him. I told him, 'We have been standing here for so long, why do you need a special treatment? I saw your wife and son too walking in. You should be standing in the queue, right?" Said Karthik.
