Megastar's reentry in to the films is currently the talk of Tollywood for several months now. Media people and movie lovers are playing musical chairs with directors’ names one after the other with out any one getting confirmed till now. The names of VV.Vinayak, Maniratnam, Puri Jagannath, Boyapati Srinu, Trivikram Srinivas came in to floating.
In one of his recent interviews, Chiranjeevi revealed that he is not going to do any message oriented or freedom fighter films, but wish to do a comedy entertainer and a story line is already locked. He clearly told that the director for this ambitious project is yet to be confirmed. It is said that one condition of the mega family is putting the directors in doubt regarding the project.
It is said that Mega Family made it clear that the directors will be paid only half the remuneration they currently get for this project. They cite strict budget norms for the project so as to make it as much as commercially viable as possible. Directors are tempted by the prestigious offer and at the same time discouraged by losing half of their remuneration.
Ram Charan himself will be producing the film. This will mark his first production debut ever. Allu Aravind however will oversee the entire production activity. Chiranjeevi who was away from films for 7 years for politics will strike balance between films and politics going further. He revealed that both the fields will be equally important to him going further.
