Swetha Basu's mother approached court on Wednesday to send relieve her daughter from the rescue home and send her home. Her mother promised the court to take good care of her daughter and stay along with her in thick and thin. Hearing to the petition, the judge asked Swetha Basu if she is willing to go with her mother for which the actress agreed.
According to rules, the rescue home organizers will have to submit a report of the family position of Swetha Basu Prasad. Later on the court will hear to the arguments of the petitioner and the police and will decide to release the actress or not. The entire process is expected to take 10-15 days. It is known that Swetha Basu was arrested in a private hotel red-handed doing prostitution. The actress was sent to rescue home for 3 months.
It is already known that the actress have given a statement to the police that she resorted to prostitution due to lack of offers and money. She also revealed that there are several heroines like her involved in the sex trade but refused to divulge their names and details. Swetha first donned the grease paint as a child artist in Bollywod with Makdee for which she won National Award. Later, she acted in critical acclaimed picture ‘Iqbal’.
