Pawan Kalyan will be a front runner in the second category. It is known that the actor visited his fan, Srija, a 12 year old girl suffering from a rare brain tumour and is living her last days.
Pawan Kalyan is moved at her plight and is seen having tears in his eyes. He gifted the girl with some toys and gave her parents 2 Lakhs for her medical expenses. Srija who is a native of Palavancha, Khammam district is admitted to Yashoda Hospital,Hyderabad some days back. The doctors have informed that situation is out of control and asked her parents to take her home. The girl is now admitted in Karthik Super Speciality hospital in Khammam.
