It is known that Powerstar Pawan Kalyan was approached for the remake of recent Tamil Blockbuster, Kaththi starring Vijay. The actor watched the special screening of the film and refused to act in the remake. The makers now have approached Junior NTR for the film. The actor is currently in Goa shooting for his next under the direction of Puri Jagannadh.
NTR will be watching the film on November 24th or 25th once he is back in Hyderabad. The dubbed version of the film should have a simultaneous release along with the original earlier this month but was delayed so as to allow a Telugu remake. If at all, NTR will not agree to this project, the makers are planning to approach Allu Arjun next.
This remake project of materialized will be directed by VV Vinayak. Tagore Madhu and Nallamallapu Bujji will be jointly producing the film. Vinayak is currently working on Akhil Akkineni's debut project. He will begin this project once he complete Akhil's film. If NTR okays this project, this will be fourth film in NTR and Vinayak's combination after Aadi, Samba and Adhurs.
