Finally the Tollywood cricket team played hard to win the Celebrity Cricket League(CCL) title in its fifth edition. The Telugu team won he final match with thumping score even after eleven balls were still left. The final match that was Telugu Warriors V/s Chennai Rhinos started off with lot of excitement and enthusiasm.
Telugu warriors won the toss and chose to field first. The Chennai Rhinos have been a bit low from the starting over only and the bowling of Telugu warriors seem to be on track. However, after a good score was given as a target, the Telugu warriors started batting in a stylish way.
The Telugu warriors had to play cool and make the game more simple. The game was taken ahead by Sudheer Babu and Akhil leading towards victory. The final match ended up with eleven balls still on board. So, the Telugu Warriors won over the Chennai rhinos at last.
Hero Venkatesh who was always supporting the team was elated with joy once the Telugu warriors team won! Sachin Joshi was awarded the Man of the Tournament award for his great performance throughout. So, Cheers boys! Great Job!
