In December, Pawan Kalyan went all the way to Khammam to meet his fan, Srija. She was suffering from Brain Tumour and her last wish is to meet Pawan Kalyan. Coming to know about her through Make a Wish foundation, Pawan Kalyan met 12 years old Srija. The actor cum politician was reduced to tears seeing the girl's plight.
However, Srija recovered from the deadly brain tumour and today Srija and her family meets Pawan Kalyan in his office. The tough of her favourite actor seem to have recovered the girl.
