Lawerence's Ganga was supposed to release few weeks ago. But the financial problems of producer Bellamkonda Suresh hampered the movie release and postponed it several times. Finally Senior Producer and distributor, Dil Raju came to rescue of the film. He cleared all the decks before the release of the film and is releasing the film on May 1st. Usually the craze of a film decreases when it encounters financial problems.

If the film is a dubbing film, the risk doubles as the Piracy of the film will have an effect. But it is not the case with Ganga. In fact the craze of the film in trade got doubled now. All the distributors of Bellamkonda are now obliged to Dil Raju for an extra 10% amount. The movie is getting huge offers for hires and Share Guarantees from exhibitors and third parties from all the areas of both the Telugu states.
The delay has done good for the film in a way as it got a very good release date. May 1st is a holiday due to May Day and as a result it has a long weekend. Added to that there is no competition from any other movie. Given the blockbuster talk in Tamil Nadu, experts expect the movie to make a merry in B,C centers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. To unleash a big publicity campaign, Lawerence is adding a new promotional song to the movie in Telugu.
