Daggubati Rana for the first time in years after his debut, putting his Hulk-esque personality in use for Baahubali and Rudramma Devi. He is very excited about both the film as they gear up for release. In one of his recent interviews to a National Newspaper, Rana revealed about what both the films have in store for his fans.

Chalukyan prince Veerabhadrudu in Rudramadevi

"I play a supporting role - Chalukyan prince Veerabhadrudu in Rudramadevi. The film is more of Anushka's show. I will be seen as someone who believes in women power and is more than happy to stand beside the queen and support all her endeavours", Rana said about his role in Rudramma Devi which is gearing up for late Summer release.

Baahubali in which he plays Bhallaladeva

The actor had harboured huge hopes on Baahubali in which he plays Bhallaladeva. "I play an epic villain in the movie. I will put it in the league of Duryodhana from Mahabharata or Ravana from Ramayana, in terms of how the character is moulded. And I'm confident that Bhallaladeva would be rated among the greatest villains of all time in Indian film history."

Rana is currently acting in the Tamil version of Bangalore Days. However he is not starring in the Telugu remake of the film. Later this year, he will once again don the armour for Baahubali Sequel.
