Nandamuri Balakrishna's Lion had completed its full run at the box office. The Friday releases - Asura, Singham 123 and Andhra Pori replaced the movie in most theaters. Despite the bad talk and reviews, the film managed to garner around 19 Crore share which is still an achievement.

However the movie is still 3-4 Crores away for a break-even. The movie is a relief for Balakrishna fans in one way. In the last decade, there are only super hits or disasters for the actor, for the first time there is an average performer from the actor which keeps the fire burning for his 99th and 100th film.
