Trisha is right now acting in the movie 'Nayaki'. The movie has a tag line "She Watches & Catches U". The movie is shaping up as an horror comedy under Govi direction. Govi is Trisha's former PRO and he himself produces the movie under r Giridhar Production House. Ganesh Venkatraman, Satyam Rajesh, Jayaprakash, Manobala, Kovaisarala are part of the cast. Jagadeesh handles cinematography.
The movie is shaping up as a bi-lingual and the first schedule was shot entirely inside sets at AVM Studios, Chennai. Now the shooting takes place in Zaheerabad which is a small town located at the border of Telengana and Karnataka.

Knowing that Trisha has came to the town, more number of people from nearby villages gathered to meet the actress on the sets. The entire unit were stunned by the crowd. But Trisha and the director were surprised as the crowd behaved well and they never created worries.
A source says, "More than 1000 people gathered at the shooting spot to meet Trisha when we shot in Zaheerabad. The same crowd came on all the four days and we just had Ten people to control the crowd. The crowd was so good and they never caused trouble to shooting."
