The country’s Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal has on May 8th has stated that within a short span of three weeks the states could make arrangements to sell bonds worth Rs.1 trillion and as per the schedule they will have another round of sale of state governance bonds and discom bonds which was backed by the state governance has guaranteed this financial year.


Goyal has also added that the plan is all which was made out and from time to time and these will be approved by the Reserve Bank as per a set procedure and Goyal has told that one the sidelines of the convocation of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). He has told about the coal availability and there was enough quantity of stock to the extent that in the past four months the governance had to regulate the production and it will also cut down the coal imports that further this year and hopes to save about Rs.40,000 crores from this.


While speaking at the 76th convocation of the premier institute and  he has told that the TISS should consider training program in behavioral sciences, ethics and the leadership program for the ministers and other public servants. 


TIISS was set up by the Tatas during 1936 as the first school of Social Work in the country and has become a deemed university in 1964 and is now an autonomous body under the Central governance and it masters program in HR and Labor Relations is one of the most sought after programs in HR in the country.
