Revenue officials who got appointed for convincing farmers to give their land for construction of new capital are facing bold rejection from farmers especially in penumaka and Undavelli. Some farmers accused government for snatching their lands for capital.
Farmers in tulluru demanded 50-50 land pooling and stunned officials with their demands. A farmer reported that he will lose his livelihood if he parts his fertile land while another farmer agreed to give his land only when government fulfills his demands.
