If the reports from Guntur offer any indication, then YSR Congress party president Jaganmohan Reddy might be most likely forced to call off his fast at Guntur anytime. According to sources, the AP government has reportedly directed the Guntur police to end Jagan’s fast forcibly by Sunday evening.
This is to ensure that there will not be any disturbance to the arrangements which are currently being made for the foundation laying events and ceremony of Amaravati, the newly proposed capital city. In case the fast continues and YSRCP tries to mobilise more crowds to the venue, it might become an embarrassment to Naidu.

Sources say that even Jagan has no such plans to continue fast for long, because of the fact that crowds attending this fast are gradually thinning. Only CPM leaders came forward to extend support while Manda Krishna Madiga was made to come.
