In what is being seen a shocking incident to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti party in Telangana, a person had reportedly hurled his chappal towards the Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari.
The person, is believed to be a farmer who has alleged that the government has been doing nothing to save the state’s farmers, especially cotton farmers who are in severe distress. Analysts say that this shows how all is not well in the rural belt and it’s high time KCR realize his policies
The incident reportedly happened when Kadiyam Srihari was making his speech at an election meeting that was held in Sayampeta in Warangal district. Kadiyam was reportedly stunned for a moment after the incident and then the police on guard took away the farmer named Komaraiah into custody.
TRS cadre seem to be very much worried as this has happened in Warangal which is all set to witness by-election on 21st of November. Thousands of cotton farmers are in distress in Warangal district which may affect the party’s chances. This incident is definitely a shocker for TRS!
