It is common to see politicians engaging in some kind of cold war or political war. But now two top TDP leaders in Andhra Pradesh engaging openly in 'corruption war' has more or less become the talk of the state.

Deveneni Uma Corruption At

Well, Irrigation minister Deveneni Uma and Rajya Sabha member C M Ramesh are openly exposing the corruption deeds of each other involving the awarding of contracts for irrigation projects by jacking up project costs, which has caused huge embarrassment to TDP government.

Recently, Uma had exposed the shady deal in Galeru-Nagari project, wherein the project estimates were reportedly raised from Rs 12 crore to a staggering Rs 110 crore, for allegedly benefiting a company close to CM Ramesh, who is in turn close to AP CM N.Chandrababu Naidu.

Uma also halted Ramesh managing the release of Rs 35 crore for the related company without any administrative approvals. In a clear retaliation to this, CM Ramesh  has now exposed the corruption in the Avuku tunnel contract and wrote an open letter to Baby saying additional Rs 44 crore was hiked hinting that Uma had received bribes from the contractors for this particular favour.
