The Bauxite mining issue has become a huge sensation in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. Both the state people are joining hands and they are raising their voices against the Government. Chandra Babu Naidu recently gave green signal to do Bauxite mining in more than 1000 hectares of land which might affect tribals and also have effects of deforestation.
As the protests are stronger Chandra Babu Naidu stopped the mining process. It is known that Andhra Pradesh is the second largest repository of bauxite after Odisha. Naidu said he will respect people's opinion too. But now the chief minister has made a startling comment with respect to Bauxite mining.
He said that Government Order (GO) on bauxite mining was issued without his knowledge. This caused more ripples as every one knows this is a lie. Naidu makes such a statement thinking all the people are just fools.
Right now the project is kept on hold. The statement which he said today was just ridiculous. Every one knows these mining contracts will make lakhs of crores and such a contract was passed without CM's knowledge ? This is one of the lame statement ever.
