Chandra Babu Naidu seems to be on a high. He has warned to take strict actions against those who sell lands for a huge price. He said the real estate agents should be legit in making the documents. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu warned that the land prices have become sky-high in Krishna district.
He also said that the rates these days were higher but the agents are making it even more higher. Naidu made a statement that lots of malls are coming in Vijayawada and people must be careful in their spending.
He also warned Public to be cautious while buying or selling a land. He requested the businessmen not to hike the prices so that the market can be balanced. He also said the city must maintain the cosmopolitan culture.
He said unnecessary hike will not be productive in progress and he said then things will be tough to provide basic amenities. Finally he just made a statement like threat and warned the land mafia not to poke their nose during this period.
