Chandra Babu recently recognised an old woman by name Paramma who came t him for some help couple of days back. Paramma who worked as zPTC and later bagged a award from the then President KR.Narayan. She had been waiting to meet Babu and when CBN who watched and reccognised Paramma while passing his car, quickly stopped the cnvoy.
CBN even enquired her addressing by her name and Paramma and found out
that she was in need of medical expenses. CBN at once sanctioned Rs.15
lakhs and promised to take care of her medical expenses.
