Telengana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao's daughter is MP Kavitha is on a song. She is a member of Telangana Rashtra Samithi party and also an MP from Nizamabad. She has been a new influence in the party.
Kavitha has said that 33% reservations which is provided to women by Government is not sufficient. She has said in order to bring more up liftment of women, the reservations should be increased to 50%.
She said this when she was meeting female industrialists and entrepreneurs at the internationally reputed Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad. Those who were present in the meeting were shocked and surprised to hear those comments from Kavitha. Because her father provided zero per cent quota for women in Telangana cabinet and there is not even a single woman minister in his cabinet.
But his daughter was demanding increase in quota. Few women were even saying that if she really cares about women quota, she has to ensure that her father gives cabinet berth for at least one woman before talking about increase in quota.
