On a shocking revelation, the key accused and Lashkar-e-Taiba operative David Coleman Headley confessed to a local court that Pakistani terrorists attempted to attack Mumbai two times before 26/11. During that incident 166 people lost their lives. But he said there was already two trials before it and they were failures.


He confessed that the first attempt came to strike India's financial capital in September 2008 but the boat which was used hit rocks on the ocean. Headley said, weapons and explosives were lost but terrorists survived. Today 7am headley made his confession through video conference.


He also said to judge that he is a true follower of LeT. Right now Headley serves 35 years prison sentence in US for his role in terror attacks. He even changed his named from Dawood Gilani to David Headley in 2006 so that he could enter India and set up some business.


He said, "I changed my name on February 5, 2006. I wanted a new passport so that I could enter India with an American identity. Soon after I got the new passport I disclosed them to colleagues in LeT."
