It is known news that the Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu has unleashed operation aakarsh on YSRCP after waiting for a long time. The results are seen as within three months,16 out of 67 YSRCP MLA’s have crossed the fence into TDP which is only expected to increase more.
Number of constituencies
This is being done with a hope that as per the expected increase in the number of constituencies, most of them can be accommodated with MLA tickets even in 2019. Those who cannot be accommodated with the MLA seats will be given MLC seats.
Sources say that the main target for Chandrababu may be BJP because if he raises revolt against BJP in 2017 and pulls out from NDA, BJP may move towards the YSRCP boss Jagan. Hence in advance Babu wants to weaken Jagan so that BJP will not consider him powerful.
This will leave only Jana Sena boss and power star Pawan Kalyan as the choice but unless BJP makes good progress over assistance to AP even Pawan Kalyan may not go with BJP. Then the only option left for the saffron party is to be with TDP and not think of Jagan!
