Earlier on Friday the Hyderabad High Court has dismissed the petitions that has challenged the ongoing recruitment process pertaining to junior civil judges and district judges and has allowed the authorities to complete the selection process forthwith.

The Telangana government and a few others have challenged the recruitment of junior civil judges and district judges in both states under the provisions of AP Judicial service Rules 2007 and both the states of AP and Telangana were directed to accord appointment letters to the selected candidates.

The advocate general K Ramakrishna Reddy has told that when they have got our own state Telangana the recruitment should be done in accordance with our rules and the consul has urged the authorities to abandon the current process.

Meanwhile the bench has stated that the high court authorities are facing a deadline imposed by the Supreme Court, which has directed them to complete the process within six months and the only option before the High Court is to go in accordance with the 2007 AP judicial rules.
