Some details pertaining to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu’s meeting with
Narendra Modi are now being revealed. Sources say that Chandrababu Naidu
brought to Modi’s notice, the expected political consequences after the
Center refusing Special Status to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu
reportedly mentioned that there are compulsions now growing on him to
break the alliance. However Modi reportedly assured Chandrababu, that
they are politically friends and partners and said that the relation
should last forever. This has given a breather of relief to Naidu.
Modi
reportedly acknowledged that there are issues regarding which they
shall work them out. At a time when leaders from both parties are
brandishing swords it is indeed surprising to see that Center is keen to
continue with TDP. This is a good sign for the progress of Andhra
Pradesh.
The Prime Minister and Naidu’s meeting
was first scheduled for 10 minutes but it reportedly extended over 20
minutes. All said and done, Babu reportedly told Modi that if he has
