Feeling really enthused after a series of successive
poll-victories, The TRS supremo and Telangana CM KCR is feeling highly
invincible which is quite natural. He is now issuing many statements
that even some of his own party leaders feel are euphemistically
‘arrogant’.
When he visited Prime Minister
Narendra Modi in Delhi recently, he reportedly said that there was no
such need for Telangana state to implement NDA schemes because his
government’s schemes were much better. All he said that he wants only
money from the Centre.
He has now reportedly
written a letter once again to the Centre demanding Rs 600 crore to
organize Krishna Pushkarams. The total estimated cost for the Pushkarams
is being estimated at Rs 800 crore. Not heeding any suggestions by a
person on his face and then asking him for good deals funds, KCR seems
to be defying all logic. Many feel what would happen if the Centre irked
by his attitude does not allocate any money.
His
rivals feel he would be playing the Telangana card and laments as to
how the State is being intentionally discriminated against. Even his
supporters say that KCR should realize that Modi and Amit Shah are not
the ones who can be taken for ride. They were able to successfully tame
Chandrababu and taming KCR is not that tough!
