It is known that Mudragada Padmanabham has finally broken his fast recently. Mudragada initially started this deeksha demanding the release of people who are arrested for their involvement in Tuni violence case but he gave it the image of a deeksha for Kapu Reservations.
Kapu community had first believed this and also considered this to be a fast for reservations but they are not that happy about him calling off his fast without any mention of the reservations except for warning Babu over this issue. Mudragada lamenting about how his family was treated is also being questioned!
He used abusive words to attack the police. This is only being seen as a desperate ploy to rake sentiments and provoke the people against the TDP government. At the same time there are reports of a vast majority of Mudragada’s community being disappointed with him!
The wide perception is that it is absolutely not necessary to bring his family as well in politics, when he knows the health condition of his ailing wife. Again crying foul about police and government before media seems to have not gone down well with the Kapu people in Godavari districts.
