Telangana speaker Madhusudhana Chary's decisions as speaker in the assembly is attracting the criticism from various opposition parties. Congress, TDP and BJP approached High Court against his decisions especially on their leaders defecting to the ruling TRS party and the speaker's inaction on the MLAs resignations.
Now Madhusudhana Chary faced agitation shock. It is known that during Telangana moment almost all leaders of TRS participated in many protests and dharnas and even participated in rail rokos. Now he was summonned in a case filed against his participation in a rail roko agitation at Dharmaram gate during the separate Telangana agitation in 2013.
Madhusudhana Chary appeared before the Railway Court in Kazipet,Warangal and after the hearing the case was adourned to 22nd August. Lager speaking to media he said he was proud to face a case for agitating for TRelangana. He said no one is above law and so he attended the court.
He said “No one is above the law, that is why I attended court today. Though the state government lifted all cases filed during the Telangana agitation, the Central government is yet to lift them,”
