The woes of Telangana TDP doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. At a time when many leaders have quit the yellow party, even those remaining are indulging in fights and internal politics which doesn’t do anything good. This is not leading to a good image among the people.
Telangana TDP, L Ramana. A prominent BC leader
Now the latest instance is that of the head of Telangana TDP, L Ramana. A prominent BC leader, he still has good clout in his native constituency in Karimnagar district of Telangana. Owing to loss of TDP cadre, he too faced defeat during the recent elections.
Now there is a growing competition between him and the working president Revanth Reddy. Sources say Ramana is very upset that Revant and his group are creating very suffocating conditions for him in the party through their activities and statements locally.
In this regard, Ramana is quite upset that with his independent ambitions, Revanth is not discussing anything about agitations and programs and has been doing everything independently. There is a talk that anti-Ramana campaign is being stirred heavily by Pro-Revanth group!
