Seems Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son,vice president Rahul Gandhi are haunted by courts. Many feel all the problems are their own doing rather then the handiwork of the rival parties or the so called witch hunting as claimed more often by them.
Just couple of days back Rahul Gandhi wriggled out of court case for his comments on linking RSS to Mahatma Gandhi's assassination. However Rahul Gandhi who did a big U turn by going back on his claims that he will submit evidence in court to prove RSS was behind assassination of Gandhi, he instead said he never said that RSS was associated with Gandhi killing but only a person linked to RSS was responsible for the murder.
Right after comingout of the problem, he boasted on twitter that he stand by whatever he said in the election meeting in 2014. Even before the controversy died down, Delhi High court sent notice to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in National Herald Case.
Hearing on BJP RS MP Subramanian Swamy seeking documents in National Herald Case, Delhi High Court asked the Congress and Associated Journals Limited (AJL) to submit documents such as balance sheets.
Swamy sharing the information tweeted that Court has given 7 weeks time for Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi to respond to the notices and the next hearing is posted on 4th October.
The court decision comes with in weeks after the Delhi High Court+ in July had set aside a trial court's orders requiring the Congress Party to submit its balance sheet for 2010-11.
