It has become a real threat to the Information technology department and also a challenging task to curb the hackers as the hackers have eyed on celebrities social media platform. In a fresh incident it was AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu's twitter account that was hacked.
Nara Lokesh , son of CM Chandra Babu Naidu and TDP Genral secretary, took to twitter to congratulate his uncle a actor turned politician Balakrishna for delevering a mind blowing performance in his 100th movie Gautami Putra Satakarni. The message that Lokesh tweeted reflected on Chief Ministers official twitter account that operated under 'Andhra Pradesh CM'
Interestingly, the issue came to the notice of the CMO
officials only after Lokesh's posts on AP CM account went viral on Facebook
late on Tuesday night. The issue was hotly debated on the Facebook and other
social media platforms.
Cybercrime investigation wing launched a probe after it found that the Chief Minister's Twitter account was hacked. The IT wing attached to the CMO verified the posts and immediately removed all the posts appearing in the name of Lokesh.
