Many are wondering whether Power Star Pawan Kalyan is facing caste politics? It is known that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is currently busy strengthening his political outfit Jana Sena ahead of the 2019 general elections. Pawan in the processes his taking up the various problems faced by the different sections of people and trying to get justice for them by solving their problems.
As such he is now sitting Cheneta Padmasali Satyagraha starting from Feb 20 at Mangalagiri, Guntur. Pawan will be highlighting the failures of the AP government led by Chandra Babu Naidu to solve the problems of the weavers during their regime.
However many feel Pawan who till now stayed away from the caste politics unnecessarily got involved in caste politics and this may tarnish his image. It is known that meeting of the weavers ‘Chenetha Satyagraha Sabha’ is conducted by Padmasali.
As such there are more than 18 castes dependent on handlooms. Couple of days back leaders of the 18 castes passed a resolution that Pawan should represent people of all these castes and shouldn't get involved in caste meetings.
Analysts feel allegiance to caste meeting will deflect the real issue however good the cause may be. Wonder how Pawan will react to these opinions.
