Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said in the Assembly that the state ranked first in both corruption and development.Addressing the Andhra Assembly on Monday, YSRCP was raising a ruckus, Naidu was hitting back at party chief Jaganmohan Reddy.




"Whether it is corruption or development, Andhra Pradesh is number one," Naidu said amid a backdrop of slogan-shouting.He continued his aggressive speech saying Andhra Pradesh would emerge as the number one State by 2050. “Andhra Pradesh will be the care of address for development and happiness,” he said in a reply to the discussion on the motion of thanks to the Governor’s .He also added his views and his grand vision AP in 2025 and his party TDP will perform in full swing to acheive it.Not satisfied with this  reply, Leader of the Opposition Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy sought clarifications on various issues including the budgetary allocations to the BCs and frequently interrupted him.




Mr Naidu cleared the air with his staunching and promising speech.He concluded telling that building the greenfield capital and developing it into the most liveable city and completion of the Polavaram Project were the two tasks that were close to his heart.But Jagan pin pointed that several social welfare schemes that were promised by the TDP government were not implemented properly. To hitback this , Naidu stated that the state ranked first in 'corruption and development.'with an impulse.The Assembly witnessed complete chaos on Monday and Jaganmohan's mike was switched off during his speech.
