7.  6 arrested for terrorism in wake of St. Petersburg bombing :  As the residents of Russia’s second-largest city try to regain their nerve in the wake of a fatal subway bombing, officials announced on Wednesday that six people have been arrested on suspicion of recruiting others, mostly immigrants from the republics of Central Asia to commit extremist crimes.
8.  Syria chemical attack an affront to humanity: Trump :  U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday denounced the Syrian regime’s latest alleged chemical weapons attack as an “affront to humanity” and warned it would not be tolerated.

Even as entire nation watched in shock, Shive Sena members along with Union Minister Anant Geete insulted Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju after he refused to acede to their demand for revoking the flying ban on their colleague Ravindra Gaikwad. 
BJP members and other Union Minister watched in shock as Shiv Sena members hit Raju's bench in anger. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh came to the rescue of Ashok Gajapati Raju but of no use. 
Gaikwad attending Parliament for the first time after slapping AI staffer said he will apologise in the parliament but refused to apologise to the AI staffer. He accused AI officials of misbehaving with him. 
Union Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju said it was up to Gaikwad whether he wanted to defuse the matter or aggravate the matter. He refused any special treatment to the Sena member and said it was not about an MP but a passenger. He said  "Aircraft is a machine where people fly. Safety is important. Safety cannot be compromised," 
This angered Sena members and earlier Raju remained calm as Union Minister Anant Geete and others shouted at him in anger. TDP leaders strongly condemned Shiv Sena members behavior. 
Lokesh tweeted "Strongly condemn the unparliamentary behaviour of several MPs towards Union Civil Aviation Minister @Ashok_Gajapathi."
