Leader of the opposition, YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying his best to highlight the failure of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and TDP government so that he can come to power in the 2019 elections and become CM of the state.
But whenever Jagan tries to aggressive against Chandra Babu Naidu, he faces trouble from ED,CBI and other law enforcement authorities. It is known that CBI already approached CBI court appealing for the cancellation of his bail and the case will come for hearing on April 28.
In the meantime ED which is probing the disproportionate assets case of Jagan has filed two chargesheets in the designated ED court in Hyderabad in the Indu Projects and India Cements cases.ED is investigating the money laundering angle in the case.
Many are wondering how Jagan can wriggle out from these cases. Some suspect that Jagan will be sent packing to jail before the 2019 elections.
