1.  Hours before GST rollout, Congress tweets old video clips of PM Modi saying, 'GST can never be successful' :  Hours before the Centre's grand midnight rollout of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Congress on Friday tweeted undated clips of Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying "GST can never be successful" and implementing it is "impossible" without the requisite infrastructure.
