A popular mobile news application agency conducted a survey in which only 45 percent of the Indian population understand GST and the remaining 55% remain absolutely clueless about what is happening regarding GST.
And in the Survey it is found that the two Telugu speaking states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana proves to be highly intelligent with the highest awareness on the GST tax reform with over 64 per cent of majority population knowing well about it.The mobile news application survey found that 59 percent of the urban audience know well about GST but even that group 20 percent feels that the new tax regime would not help to make their lives better and 80 percent feel that there will be a spike in prices but will not have a direct positive impact on them.
Only when the Center spreads the power of GST on fuel(petrol) the commoner will be able to taste the fruit of lowered fuel prices.The Center has kept it as a promise in future to be fulfilled.
