Hyderabad sources have made a statement that in yet another heinous act, a Delhi woman, who came on a tour of the city, was sexually assaulted by four persons on Wednesday. Sources have stated that based on the victim’s complaint, the Banjara Hills police arrested four persons.
It was added that the victim and her friends stayed at OYO room in Banjara Hills from Sunday. She said the accused followed her and purposely booked a room in the same hotel. Meanwhile in her complaint, she said that four youths troubled her in the lift of the hotel on Tuesday, but she managed to escape from their clutches.
Moreover it was stated that the next day, one of the youths came to her room in the guise of a room service boy. He then gagged her and took her to his room where he sexually assaulted her. Further the police have checked the CCTV footage of the hotel and a hostel staffer was detained for questioning. Further details are awaited.
