Central Election Commission has given an electric shock for Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Election commission is now ready to award Jagan spill during the nandyal campaign. Jagan’s gunshot statements comments of ‘No Crime in Shooting Down Chandrababu’ will come under the violation of Model Code of Conduct of the Election Commission rules.
Now the CEC is boiling over the statement and directed Returning Officer to take action. Not only this The Election Commission is taking necessary actions that a FIR is filed on Jagan for these gunshot comments under the relevant sections.
Earlier TDP leaders have complained regarding this comments to with the State Election Commissioner, Bhanwarlal. But they maintained a dumb response, TDP MPs have approached the Central Election Commission which has actively responded. TDP leaders also say Bhanwarlal acting favourable to YSR Congress also proved to be true with this one incident.
