Hyderabad sources have reported that currently the Hyderabad Metro rail is fast becoming the pride of the city; miscreants out there are all out to mar the beauty of the station. The first on their hit list was Begumpet airport which is in the heart of the city. Meanwhile an unidentified person scribbled randomly on a notice board meant for putting up transport related information and alerts for commuters.
According to sources before the launch of Metro rail, it may be recalled that an unidentified person painted graffiti on the HMR pillar at Miyapur. Meanwhile before the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the authorities whitewashed it. However, there was no action taken against the culprit.
Presently the Hyderabad police under all the three
Commissionerate have deployed constables at every metro station from Miyapur to
Nagole. Further six policemen are guarding every station in three shifts.
Police outposts are expected to come up in all the 24 Metro rail stations.
